What are some gift ideas for my girlfriend?

I need to give a gift to my girlfriend and I want it to be creative, unique, and special. Do you have any ideas what I could do? Don't say buy her a car or something stupid because we haven't been a couple for all that long, but we are extremely close. We are both 15 years old. I need to give her the gift in 2 days.

Like my boyfriend's father gave his (my boyfriend's) mom a charm with a heart that had a rose on it. He said she was the rose and the heart was his for her to have. It's corny but cute.
